Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Recoumarket. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations
We proudly offer international shipping. We currently ship to the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, and Belgium.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: We provide Complimentary (Free) Shipping on all orders to the countries listed above. There are no additional shipping fees for the customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
All orders are processed and shipped via air freight, followed by local courier delivery. Delivery times are divided into two parts:

Order Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days. This is the time we need to verify your order, conduct quality checks, and pack the items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Transit/Shipping Time: 7 - 12 business days. This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 15 business days. (Please note that high volume of orders or carrier delays around holidays may extend delivery times slightly).
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at service@mail.recoumarket.com as soon as possible.
Please note: Once the order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and follow our Return Policy.

6. Unsuccessful Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or prolonged absence, the package may be returned to us. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

7. Taxes and Duties
For credit card online payments, we cover any applicable standard taxes for the shipment. You will not be hit with surprise fees upon delivery.
